I provide steady, attuned doula support so you feel calm, prepared, and supported throughout your birth journey.

Support includes:

  • Prenatal preparation sessions

  • On-call support beginning at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labor support in your home

  • Immediate postpartum care

My role is supportive, not medical. All clinical care and decisions remain with your licensed midwife or medical provider.

Support Packages

Full Home Birth Doula Support — $1,900

Comprehensive support for your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.

Includes:

  • Two prenatal visits in your home

  • Birth preparation and partner coaching

  • Nervous system regulation tools and comfort techniques

  • On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labor support in your home (up to 12 hours of active labor)

  • Immediate postpartum support following birth

  • One in-home postpartum visit

This package is ideal if you desire consistent, grounded support from preparation through integration.

Home Birth + Extended Postpartum — $2,300

Expanded care for families who want additional support after birth.

Includes everything in Full Home Birth Support, plus:

  • Two additional in-home postpartum visits

  • Birth story processing and emotional integration

  • Feeding and newborn rhythm support

  • Light nourishment preparation during visits

This offering supports not only the birth, but the tender days that follow.

Community Supported Birth Option Sliding scale $1,000–$1,500

Each season, I hold space for a limited number of families who deeply desire doula support and are navigating financial constraints.

Includes:

  • One prenatal visit

  • On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks

  • Up to 12 hours of labor support

  • Immediate postpartum support

  • One virtual postpartum follow-up

Sliding scale is self-selected and rooted in honesty and integrity. Availability is limited and determined after consultation.

Prenatal Preparation Only — $500

Support for families who want preparation without labor attendance.

Includes:

  • Two 90-minute prenatal sessions

  • Birth education and comfort techniques

  • Nervous system regulation tools

  • Partner coaching

  • Birth plan guidance

No on-call availability or labor support included.

Limited Hour Support — $125/hour

This option is ideal for families who:

  • desire support during active labor only

  • want short-term grounding presence

  • need focused support during a specific window

Prenatal visits and on-call coverage are not included unless otherwise arranged.
